**Role Description**: We are seeking a motivated female Telesales Representative for our Rajouri Garden, New Delhi. This full-time, on-site role involves managing both outbound and inbound calls, providing exceptional customer support, delivering sales information, and maintaining accurate database records. You will be expected to achieve monthly sales targets and collaborate effectively within a team environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Call Management**: Handle outbound and inbound calls with clients, focusing on our corporate and education & training services.
- **Customer Support**: Offer detailed information about products and services, resolve customer issues, and ensure a high level of support.
- **Database Maintenance**: Update and manage accurate customer and sales data.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with team members and report to your manager for ongoing training and development.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or 12 HSC.
- **Experience**: Proven track record in telesales, customer support, and training.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in tele sales or BPO roles is highly encouraged.

**Work Schedule**:

- **Working Days**: 6 days
- **Fixed Off**: Rotational week off
