**Job Summary**:
The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction, maintaining service standards, and supervising the front-of-house team. This role supports the Restaurant Manager in training staff, managing shifts, resolving guest concerns, and enhancing overall dining experiences.
**Key Responsibilities: Operational Oversight**:
- Supervise daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and ambiance.
- Monitor service flow to maintain efficiency and guest satisfaction.
**Guest Service & Relations**:
- Greet guests warmly and ensure a smooth dining experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Ensure VIP guests and special occasions are given extra attention.
**Team Leadership & Training**:
- Lead and motivate the service team to deliver excellent service.
- Train new staff and conduct regular briefings before shifts.
- Monitor staff performance and provide guidance when necessary.
**Coordination & Communication**:
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service.
- Maintain effective communication with the Restaurant Manager and other departments.
**Sales & Inventory**:
- Support upselling of menu items and promotions to boost revenue.
- Monitor inventory of service items and assist with requisitions.
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
**Requirements**:
**Education & Experience**:
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in F&B service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Experience in a hotel restaurant or fine dining environment is an advantage.
**Skills & Competencies**:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and guest handling abilities.
- Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant service standards.
- Attention to detail, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
