**Responsibilities**:

- Extracting data from various online property related website
- Create valuation report with accuracy and speed by collecting information from multiple sources.
- Perform administrative function on company’s provided property valuation related platforms and ensure accuracy while inserting any data.
- Working independently, while effectively prioritizing tasks with competing deadlines
- Input data with pre-set excel templates, hence proficiency in excel is a must
- Presenting analysis and insights in a clear and concise manner
- Other projects and duties as assigned

Role: Beginner level

**Requirements**:

- Good English writing and reading skills required
- Experience in handling property related data is an advantage
- Experience with Microsoft: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint required;
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Proactive approach and strong work ethic
- Typing speed of more than 30 word per minute
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent analytical and judgement skills
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple departments\
