**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately input data into the company’s databases, systems, or spreadsheets.
- Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system.
- Regularly update and maintain records in various formats (digital or paper-based).
- Perform data checks and validations to ensure high levels of data accuracy.
- Handle confidential and sensitive data with discretion.
- Generate and prepare reports as needed by management or other departments.
- Assist with data retrieval for specific projects or reports.
- Ensure proper organization and accessibility of entered data.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate or equivalent. Additional certification in data entry or office management is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role.
- Fast typing speed with excellent accuracy at least 40wpm.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data entry software.
- Basic knowledge of database management and office equipment (e.g., scanners, printers).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with data management tools and software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling data inconsistencies.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

- Bachelor's (preferred)
