We are hiring energetic Customer Service Representatives for our Voice Process to handle customer interactions efficiently. If you have strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a willingness to learn, we will provide the training you need to succeed

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound calls professionally.

Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.

**Requirements**:
Excellent English communication skills (both verbal & written).

Sales background preferred OR ability to learn quickly.

Training provided - No prior experience required.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Willingness to work night shifts (US timings).

Work from Home option available (must have a stable internet connection).

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 48 per week
