**Job Summary**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the clinic's website, ensuring up-to-date content, optimized user experience, and technical functionality.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility, including on-page optimization, keyword research, and content planning.
- Build high-quality backlinks to boost domain authority and search engine rankings.
- Create and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) aimed at driving traffic and conversions.
- Monitor and optimise website performance, including site speed, mobile optimization, and user engagement metrics.
- Maintain brand hygiene by ensuring consistency of the clinic's brand image, voice, and messaging across all online platforms.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to refine marketing strategies.
- Generate regular reports on marketing performance, including traffic, conversions, and ROI, and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the clinic's team to align marketing strategies with service offerings and promotions.
- Manage client reviews, respond to inquiries, and engage with the online community to foster brand loyalty.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, website management, and social media.
- Proficiency in SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and backlink strategies.
- Experience in managing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Strong communication skills, with experience in content creation and copywriting.
- Ability to monitor and analyse digital marketing performance data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and website maintenance.
- A creative mindset with a passion for driving growth in the skincare and wellness industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,859.42 - ₹27,020.87 per month
