**About Us**:
Sira Fabrics is a dynamic and growing fashion brand, passionate about creating bold, youthful, and trend-driven styles. We are looking for a creative and highly motivated Digital Marketing Executive who can take full ownership of our brand’s presence across social media and digital platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute creative social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Pinterest, Threads, WhatsApp, and Snapchat.
- Manage content calendars, campaigns, and daily postings.
- Create and curate engaging content (posts, reels, stories, ads).
- Monitor and respond to audience engagement across all platforms.
- Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads preferred).
- Track performance, analyze metrics, and prepare monthly growth reports.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to align messaging.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, hashtags, and platform updates.
- Manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.
- Coordinate basic SEO practices to enhance organic reach.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Strong understanding of different platforms and content strategies.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe tools a plus).
- Knowledge of paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver results.
- Bonus: Experience with fashion/lifestyle brands.
