**Service > Global Service Supply Chain > SSCBP MED/LATAM Region** In Vestas SSCBP we are constantly optimizing the service supply chain to deliver on time to our customers, and at the same time have an optimized supply chain with low inventory and efficient set up. It is an ever-developing task in a complex environment. The order handling function is responsible for order management to support internal customers, resolving customer issues and acting as the first point of contact to the SBU for the supply chain management. The Supply Chain Professional must ensure Service Supply Chain is meeting delivery targets and provides analysis and customer feedback to procurement, forecasting and warehousing to ensure customer needs are met. **Responsibilities** - Responsible for all Spares & Tools customer interactions in the Regions. - Deliver "Turbine Down" orders quickly and efficiently. - Work with Site managers and Service management to resolve turbine down issues. - Ensure that delivery notes are created and sent to the warehouse in a timely manner to meet delivery expectations. - Develop and coordinate the process of returning inventory from the site. - Evaluate return requests and make recommendations on which material to accept. - Submit return orders and track their delivery to the warehouse. - Manage the receipt of direct ship/drop-ship orders and process delivery notes to ensure accurate inventory levels. - Work with technical resources to identify and resolve issues. - Collaborate with Technology and PLM teams. - Provide customer support by following up on orders and ensuring timely delivery. - Effectively identify and expedite urgent orders. - Receive, process, and close NCRs. - Process or redirect construction PRs. - Support Construction container process orders. - Process Tool Service/Repair/Recalibration requests. - Process Site to Site Tooling requests. - Measure and report on KPIs related to customer service level support, including on-time delivery and on-time confirmation. - The person responsible will additionally spend a lot of time in analytics and reporting through Excel and power BI in addition to performing the above tasks. **Qualifications** - BE or B. Tech or MBA in Supply Chain - 5 - 9 years of experience in a global international supply chain function within customer service, order Mgmt./Fulfillment or spare parts /service environment - Minimum of 2 years' experience in SAP MM ERP is must with current company - Advanced skills in MS Excel and Power BI to develop reports and analytics **Competencies** - Advanced Excel & Power BI skills - Knowledge in SAP MM ERP system - Cross-cultural understanding is necessary. - Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English. - Effective stakeholder management skills - Working style is well structured, proactive, creative, and persistent. - Ability to communicate complex supply chain information in a simple and transparent manner - Good system and business understanding - Willing to work in US/UK Shifts **What We offer** An opportunity to contribute in building a world class SCM operations in Wind industry.
