**SCM Analyst - Regional Support/Continuous Improvement - SDC Chennai, India**

We are the highly established service center, aiming to improve processes efficiencies, it's performance measures and master data quality. Together we are enabling stakeholder's policy making by providing regular and on-demand business intelligence for the functions across SC and Service operations.
The CIM and regional support consist of three teams - Efficiency Improvement, Regional support, and turbine performance monitoring team. We 10 persons work dedicatedly to support the SDC team across the globe.

**Responsibilities**
- Support demand planning process through Forecast validation, Market intelligence validation, Kanban Calculation and set up
- Preparation of supplier forecast and monitoring the consumption
- Support supplier performance measurement, improvement and contract implementation
- Conduct RCA for stockout, OTTR and take mitigation actions
- Support E2E project in Demand, supply, Inventory balancing process and S&OP Meetings
- Support Annual budget preparation and provide inputs to improve defective returns
- Typically, the day in vestas, SDC, SIOP will be spent on evaluating the Kanban, forecast, mitigating the stock out risks, Root cause analysis on the on-time delivery misses, Collaboration with various global stakeholders etc

**Qualifications**
- Engineering Graduate or MBA Supply Chain having experience in Demand and Supply planning
- 5-7 years of experience from a global international supply chain function within production, Material planning and or spare parts /service environment
- Solid experience in inventory planning in a global distribution network
- Supply chain certifications (e.g.: APICS-CPIM, CSCP) preferred but not mandatory

**Competencies**
- Good knowledge in SAP (MM module specifically), MS Excel.
- Ability to understand the Master data parameters and its implications on the planning side
- Innovative approach towards problem solving (8D, Fishbone etc.)
- Basic statistics knowledge
- Ability to work on Ambiguity to provide clarity and sail through the murky water
- should be flexible to work in different shifts
