To do so you need to ensure high availability by prioritizing and securing capacity for materials impacted by LPF/risk cases. This role will directly affect LPF and overall supply chain contributionYou will have a high degree of stakeholder interaction and diverse nature of activities requiring you to be able to communicate effectively across the organization and prioritize while keeping the focus on the quality of resultsResponsibilitiesOwn and govern supply risk planning within SIOP and ensure continuous improvementCoordinate regional risk meeting with SBUs and various other stakeholdersProvide fact-based opportunities/risks of supply chain performanceAlign demand vs supply plan with all relevant stakeholders (SBUs, Procurement, Buying, Engineering, Logistics, etc.)Organize task force meetings for critical risk cases within specific platform, including risk mitigation actions and communicating to leadership teamEnsure high availability and low LPF with an optimal inventory level for relevant materialsQualificationsBachelor's/Master's in Supply Chain Management/Manufacturing/Business Administration/Any Engineering specializationApproximately 10+ years' relevant experience with supply chain from a global organization, e.g., within the SIOP/S&OP areaSolid practical experience examining and maintaining supply planningExperience from the wind industry or a related industryFamiliar with MS Office combined with significant experience within the area of SAP ERP / SAP IBP systems or similarCompetenciesGood understanding of E2E supply chain and the impact on business due to supply chain dynamicsResults-oriented and with a good incentive to complete tasksDemonstrates effective communication to all levels of the businessGreat stakeholder and change management skillsDemonstrate a high degree of analytics proficiencyAbility to work on ambiguity to provide clarityNot restricting themselves within the roles & responsibilities boundaries and willingness to reach out for collaborative effortsAble to maintain and develop productive relations across teams and regionsGood commercial understandingWhat We OfferWe offer an exciting job with valuable opportunities for professional and personal development in an inspiring, evolving, supportive, and international work environment in the renewable energy sector.
