**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Digital Marketing**:

- Create engaging content, including text, images, and videos.
- Manage social media presence and online reputation.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports.
- Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
- **Design**:

- Develop visually appealing marketing materials, including online ads, brochures, and social media graphics.
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
- **Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team in generating sales reports from the company's online POS system.
- Provide training and support to franchisees on POS functionalities online.
- Troubleshoot basic computer and network issues related to POS systems.

**Qualifications**:

- **Essential**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Media, or a related field or 2 years' experience in digital marketing.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of SEO principles.
- Demonstrated proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer and network troubleshooting skills.
- **Desirable**:

- Experience in the QSR industry.
- Familiarity with POS systems.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- **Probationary Period (3 months)**: INR 15,750 per month
- **Post Confirmation**: INR 20,000 per month + performance-based incentives

Pay: ₹15,750.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
