**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in our databases.
- Assist in processing orders, invoices, and other financial documents.
- Manage correspondence and communication with clients and vendors.
- Support the preparation of reports and presentations for management.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide necessary information.
- Maintain organized filing systems and documentation.
- Assist with inventory management and procurement processes.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus point.
- Previous experience in a back office or administrative role is plus point.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
