**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management**:

- Perform accurate and timely data entry into various systems and databases.
- Maintain and update company records, files, and documentation
- Assist with data collection, processing, and analysis for reporting.

**Administrative Support**:

- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and mailing.
- Prepare and format reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications

**Operational Support**:

- Coordinate with different departments (e.g., sales, finance, HR, logistics) to ensure smooth workflows and information exchange.
- Process invoices, bills, receipts, and other financial documents.

**Problem-Solving**:

- Identify and resolve administrative or operational issues efficiently.
- Proactively anticipate needs and offer solutions to support colleagues.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is often specialized back office roles.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience (e.g., 0-3 years) in an administrative.
- Freshers can be applied
