The Marketing Technology Team Administrator is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our marketing platforms, including Kapost, Content Hub DAM, and Showpad, with some work in our CMS and PIM systems as needed. In this role, you will act as the administrator and first point of contact for these tools, ensuring smooth functionality, providing support to internal stakeholders, and optimizing workflows to drive efficiency and engagement across the marketing team.

This position reports to the Marketing Technology Team Leader and is part of the Marketing Operations Team located in Bangalore and will be an on-site role. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

**What you will do**:

- Platform Administration:

- Oversee daily operations of marketing technologies, including Kapost (content workflow), Content Hub DAM (digital asset management), and Showpad (sales enablement tool). With some work in Sitecore CMS and Hybris PIM.
- Maintain user accounts, permissions, and workflows to ensure optimal platform usage.
- Perform regular audits of platform configurations, assets, and workflows to ensure compliance with standards and policies.
- Support and Training:

- Provide technical support to marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams for platform-related issues.
- Create and update training materials, and deliver platform training sessions to new and existing users.
- Serve as a point of contact for platform-related inquiries and troubleshooting.
- Content and Asset Management:

- Day-to-day management around the upload, organization, and lifecycle of content, assets, and products across platforms.
- Ensure digital assets and content meet brand standards and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with teams to streamline content workflows and maintain accurate metadata for assets.
- Process Optimization:

- Identify opportunities to enhance platform efficiency and functionality.
- Partner with internal teams to define and implement process improvements using DBS tools and methodologies.
- Monitor platform performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Work closely with marketing, sales, IT, and external vendors to ensure alignment on platform goals and initiatives.
- Support campaign execution by ensuring content and assets are published and distributed on time.

**Who you are**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, IT, or a related field.
- Fluent in English
- 1+ years of experience administering marketing technologies or digital platforms.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and master new software platforms quickly.
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with reporting tools, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.

**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:

- Experience with workflow automation, metadata management, and content governance
- Experience with Sitecore, Hybris, Kapost, and/or Showpad platforms
