**Job Purpose**:
To oversee and manage all operations in the paint shop, ensuring that components and equipment are painted efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company quality standards and delivery schedules.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, organize, and monitor daily paint shop activities (surface preparation, primer, painting, drying, and finishing).
- Allocate manpower and ensure optimal utilization of resources, tools, and materials.
- Maintain workflow to meet production targets and delivery timelines.

**Quality & Process Control**
- Ensure painting quality standards (surface finish, thickness, adhesion, and appearance) are met.
- Conduct regular inspection of painted components and ensure rework, if required, is minimized.
- Implement process improvements to enhance quality and reduce wastage.

**Safety & Housekeeping**
- Enforce compliance with all safety norms, PPE usage, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain proper ventilation, cleanliness, and organization within the paint shop.

**Team Management**
- Supervise, train, and motivate paint shop operators, helpers, and technicians.
- Monitor attendance, performance, and discipline of team members.
- Promote teamwork and ensure adherence to company policies.

**Inventory & Equipment Maintenance**
- Monitor and manage inventory of paints, thinners, and consumables.
- Ensure regular cleaning and maintenance of spray guns, booths, compressors, and ovens.
- Report breakdowns or maintenance requirements promptly to the maintenance department.

**Documentation & Reporting**
- Maintain daily production reports, paint consumption records, and quality check reports.
- Coordinate with the quality control and production departments for continuous improvement.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
