Job Responsibilities
- Handling Social Media Marketing such as Google Ads & Social
Media Ads etc.
- On-Page & Off Page SEO (Keyword Analysis | Meta Info. | Link
Building | content Optimization)
- Strategizing the online & offline marketing activities monthly
- Working with the Ecommerce team for website and marketplace
offers
- Organizing shoots & videos for products for marketplaces &
brand website
- Coordinating with offline & online sales teams for better ROI
- Working on Online reputation management to increase sales
through content optimization and brand placements.
- Competitors' Analysis for new product development & existing
products
- In-house Digital Team Management and coordination with
freelancers (If needed)
- Work closely with agencies for on-time delivery of marketing assets
- Creating a monthly goal-oriented strategy to drive higher
engagement and revenue
- Task assignment to the team as per the monthly calendar for
on-time task completion
- Monthly performance reporting
- Coordinating with internal partners to design graphics
- Creating designs as per the requirements and ensuring the timely
completion of projects
- Implement brand standards and help us find new ways to
communicate the brand mission and values effectively
- Illustrate rough designs to conceptualize and finalize the final
output
- Work on Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva
- Generate the ideas/concepts to work on the graphic requirements.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ year of experience working as a graphic designer is a Plus
- Masters/bachelor’s in design preferred
- Familiarity with popular design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator,
InDesign, and Canva
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
- Knowledge of vector art would be a plus
- Should possess Graphic Design, Layout, and Creative skills
- Can create images that identify a product or convey a message
- Can coordinate with the Content Writing Team to implement an
idea into designs
