**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and shipment tracking.
- Process customer orders accurately in the system and coordinate with the warehouse, transportation, and carriers for timely dispatch.
- Handle customer complaints, concerns, and issues promptly, providing appropriate solutions and follow-up.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and proactively communicate any delays or issues to customers.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, warehouse, and finance to resolve order-related issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, orders, and transactions.
- Prepare and analyze daily/weekly reports related to shipments, delivery performance, and customer feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations regarding shipments and transportation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in logistics operations and customer service processes.

- Knowledge of logistics, shipping, and transportation processes.
- Familiarity with ERP / order management systems.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
