We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic fresher to join our team as an Learning Designer. This role will involve creating and delivering impactful learning content while undergoing a comprehensive 6-month training program.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning solutions for diverse projects.
- Act as a proactive problem-solver, identifying issues and recommending effective solutions.
- Design and develop engaging learning courses using various multimedia and instructional design principles.
- Utilize diverse modalities to deliver high-quality training content.
- Develop course outlines, storyboards, and training materials tailored to learning objectives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training through data-driven methods and provide recommendations for improvement.

**Desired Profile**:

- **Education**: Freshers, undergraduates, or graduates with basic computer skills.
- **Skills**:

- Strong verbal and written communication in English.
- Tech-savvy and familiar with basic IT concepts.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new e-learning tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Lectora.
- Self-motivated with a passion for learning and professional growth.
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

**Key Skills**:

- Proficiency in animation, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Excellent attitude, communication skills, and professional demeanor.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Self-starter with a high level of energy, reliability, and work ethic.
- Open to dynamic environments and adaptable to new challenges.

**Training Provided On**:

- learning tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Lectora.
- Designing and developing interactive learning courses.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
