The UI/UX Developer will design and implement user interfaces and user experiences for our digital products. This role requires a deep understanding of user behavior, a strong aesthetic sense, and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and functional designs.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. User Research:

- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Analyze user feedback and activity to iterate and enhance the user experience.

2. Design Process:

- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to illustrate design ideas.
- Create user flows, journey maps, and personas to inform design decisions.

3. UI Design:

- Design visually appealing interfaces that are consistent with brand guidelines.
- Ensure designs are responsive and accessible across various devices and platforms.

4. Collaboration:

- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
- Participate in regular design reviews and collaborate with the team to refine designs.

5. Usability Testing:

- Conduct usability testing sessions and gather feedback to improve designs.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback and testing results.

6. Prototyping:

- Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and functionality.
- Use tools like Figma, Photoshop, or similar for design and prototyping.

**Required Skills**:

- Must be proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery. and **Figma**:

- Experience working with SASS will be preferred.
- Experience with technologies like WordPress, PHP, will be preferred.
- Excellent Analytical and Problem Solving Skills.
- Thoroughness and attention to detail.
- The ability to work both in a team and alone and to manage your own workload.
- An ability to learn new skills and technologies quickly.
- An awareness of current issues affecting the industry and its technologies.

Education & Experience
- 1 years experience in UI/UX Development.
- Prior experience in handling large production environments will be preferred.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
