
IT Hardware Sales Representative

Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals to identify potential customers interested in purchasing IT hardware products.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customers' IT infrastructure requirements, challenges, and objectives.
- Present and demonstrate IT hardware products to customers, highlighting key features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations tailored to meet customers' specific needs and budget constraints.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to close sales and secure profitable deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including product management, technical support, and logistics, to ensure timely delivery and implementation of IT hardware solutions.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns or issues, and explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
- Stay informed about the latest trends, developments, and innovations in the IT hardware industry, including new product releases and competitive offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
