We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executives to join our dynamic team and drive the growth of Benfarmm's premium meat and poultry products. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies across both B2B and B2C channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **B2B Sales**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including restaurants, hotels, supermarkets, and other food service establishments.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B segment.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- **B2C Sales**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for direct-to-consumer channels, including online platforms, farmers' markets, and retail stores.
- Manage and grow the company's e-commerce presence.
- Participate in local events and festivals to promote Benfarmm products.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries promptly.
- **Sales Planning & Execution**:

- Develop and execute sales plans and targets aligned with company objectives.
- Track sales performance and analyse key metrics.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to management.
- Identify and implement strategies to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- **Market Research & Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer preferences.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Analyse market data to identify areas for improvement and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 3-7 years of proven experience in FMCG sales, with a strong preference for experience in the meat and poultry industry.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

**Other Requirements**:

- Must possess their own laptop.
- Immediate joining preferred.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- Competitive salary: INR 2.5 Lakhs - INR 5 Lakhs per annum (based on experience and qualifications)

**To Apply**:
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
