**Business Development Associate / Marketing Associate**

**Location**: Kolkata

**Work Days**: Monday - Saturday

**Compensation**: Fixed salary + Performance-based incentives **(uncapped)**

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- **Engage with warm leads** - talk to students and parents who already know us.
- **Understand their needs** and recommend the right services.
- **Build trust and close deals** - your words will change lives.
- Manage your lead pipeline, **follow up consistently**, and smash conversion targets.
- Collaborate with our marketing and service teams for smoother handovers and happy clients.
- Report performance, bottlenecks, and learnings weekly.

**Who We Are Looking For**:

- A fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience in marketing and sales **(B2C preferred).**:

- Excellent communicator - fluent in English & comfortable on phone.
- Goal-driven and ambitious - **you love performance-linked rewards.**:

- Curious, coachable, and eager to grow in the startup space.
- Comfortable with CRM tools and basic Excel (or willing to learn fast).
