**About the Role**

Entry-level, hands-on marketing role focused on B2B lead generation, CRM hygiene, content support, and campaign execution. You’ll collaborate with Sales to build a predictable pipeline and keep our brand consistent across channels.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Research & Data Building**: Source, validate, and enrich prospect lists by industry, geography, and decision-maker role; maintain 100% CRM hygiene.
- **Content & Collateral**: Draft short posts, case-snippets, product one-pagers; coordinate with design for creatives (Canva).
- **Website & Listings Support**: Update product pages, directories, and basic SEO on-page items (titles, meta, alt text).
- **Event/Expo Support**: Maintain calendar, vendor lists, and follow-up tracker for enquiries from events.
- **Reporting**: Prepare weekly marketing dashboards (leads added, campaign metrics, meetings booked, pipeline notes).

**Required Skills/Qualifications**
- BBA/B.Com/B.Sc or MBA (Marketing) - **0-1 year** experience (freshers welcome).
- Proficient in **Excel/Google Sheets**, **PowerPoint**, internet research, and basic **Canva**.
- Working knowledge of any **CRM** (HubSpot/Zoho) preferred.
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and coachable.

**Tools You’ll Use**

Google Sheets/Excel, Gmail, LinkedIn, CRM (HubSpot/Zoho), Canva, Google Drive, basic website CMS.
