**We are a growing manufacturing unit, looking for a dedicated CRM Executive to handle dispatch follow-ups, client coordination, and end-to-end documentation. The role requires strong communication skills and attention to detail.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Monitor and follow up on dispatched consignments**:

- **Confirm lorry movement (reached or not, entered plant or not, unloading status).**:

- **Ensure inspection of materials with the store department.**:

- **Coordinate with store for GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and CRAC preparation.**:

- **Follow up with clients and internal teams for payment as per agreed terms.**:

- **Handle Bank Guarantee (BG) requirements**:

- **Send format & details to Head Office.**:

- **Coordinate with HO for issuing and forwarding BG to the client.**:

- **For Gem Purchase Orders, upload documents to the Gem portal.**:

- **Requirements**:

- **Education: Graduation (any stream).**:

- **Skills**:

- **Fluency in Bengali, Hindi, and English (speaking and writing).**:

- **Work Location: Balitikuri, Howrah**:

- **Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
