**Responsibilities**:
**1. To establish sales opportunities through networking, building relationships, and**
**conducting outdoor activities**

**2. Area Mapping, cold calling, prospecting.**

**3. Build a corporate database, be responsible for lead generation, and deal closure with**
**the necessary documentation.**

**4. Identify potential opportunities to accelerate business volume.**

**5. Develop and implement strategies for achieving sales goals.**

**6. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with**
**them and understanding their needs**

**7. Achieve sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from**
**existing clients.**

**8. Identify improvements or new requirements by remaining updated with industry**
**trends.**

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field is preferred.**:

- **Proven experience (2+ years) in real estate closing or a similar role within the real estate industry.**:

- **Strong understanding of real estate procedures, regulations, and closing processes.**:

- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to various stakeholders**:

- **Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.**:

- **Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think analytically and make informed decisions.**:

- **A customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service to all parties involved in the closing process.**

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
