**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and troubleshoot PLC programs using **Mitsubishi (GX Works/GX Developer), Delta (WPLSoft), and Siemens (TIA Portal/STEP 7)**.
- Commission and test automation systems on-site and remotely.
- Integrate PLC systems with HMIs, SCADA, and other industrial control systems.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and control drawings.
- Support installation, start-up, and maintenance of control systems.
- Work closely with project managers, electricians, and mechanical teams to deliver successful automation solutions.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and technical reports.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Automation Engineering or related field.
- **3-5 years of hands-on PLC programming and commissioning experience**.
- Proficiency in **Mitsubishi, Delta, and Siemens PLCs**.
- Experience with HMI/SCADA systems (e.g., WinCC, GOT, Weintek).
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel to project sites if required.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in panel design or electrical wiring (a plus).
- Knowledge of safety standards (ISO, IEC, etc.).
- Understanding of Industry 4.0 and IIoT integration (advantageous).
