**Responsibilities**:

- **Rapid Response and Problem Solving**:

- Provide swift and effective responses to PLC-related issues.
- Know when to escalate problems and seek assistance when necessary.
- **Communication**:

- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and project coordination.
- **Troubleshooting and Issue Analysis**:

- Conduct on-site troubleshooting to identify and resolve PLC issues.
- Provide detailed failure analysis (FA) reports for documented issues.
- **Logic and Flow Diagrams**:

- Create and interpret logic and flow diagrams for program design. Conduct simulations and testing of PLC programs to ensure functionality and reliability.
- **Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a PLC Programmer or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of PLC programming languages and software.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
- Experience in creating and reading logic and flow diagrams for program design.

**Additional Skills**:

- Familiarity with various PLC platforms and programming languages (e.g., ladder logic, structured text).
- Knowledge of industrial automation systems and processes.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on precision in programming.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
