Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled PLC Programmer to design, develop, and maintain control systems and associated software for automation processes. The PLC Programmer will work with various teams to ensure that the system is operating efficiently and troubleshooting any issues that arise. --- Key Responsibilities: Programming and Development: Develop and implement PLC programs based on system requirements using platforms such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Schneider Electric. Program and configure HMI (Human-Machine Interface) systems. System Design: Design and modify PLC control systems to meet project specifications and standards. Work closely with electrical engineers to develop control strategies and hardware solutions. Testing and Debugging: Test and debug control systems to ensure they function correctly and meet safety standards. Perform simulation, testing, and validation of PLC systems before deployment. Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Maintain and upgrade existing PLC systems to improve efficiency and reliability. Diagnose and resolve issues in control systems, electrical wiring, and instrumentation. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for PLC programs, schematics, and control systems. Prepare reports on system performance, updates, and maintenance activities. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical and electrical engineers, to ensure successful implementation of automation projects. Provide technical support and training to operations and maintenance teams. --- Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: 1-3 years of experience in PLC programming, troubleshooting, and system integration. Hands-on experience with major PLC platforms (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, or Schneider Electric).

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
