Regional Operations and Partnerships Excellence Champion
The regional Operations and partnerships Excellence champion supports the operational teams in countries (on-shore and near-shore) in our strategy to drive excellence in service delivery and partnerships. As part of the OpEx community of practices, the role ensures the adoption and the development of OpEx tools. By coaching and providing hands-on support to the leads and the teams, it makes sure value is generated at local and regional level. It promotes an end to end service delivery with JBS and HR in the business, support the team to drive continuous improvement at the lowest level possible and coordinate with the Service towers to define and deliver high impact project portfolio.
Key Accountabilities
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business administration, Accounting, Finance or other related field,-5 or more years of progressively responsible, relevant service operations experience, leading or consulting for operational experienceSkills & Competencies
Technical
- Ability to create trust and to coach individuals and teams. -Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate and present appropriately at all levels of the organization through written and verbal methods.Excellent influence management skills, including the ability to manage middle management and other key stakeholders.Ability to work across multiple, distributed, silo’d, functional groups to drive results -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities-Strong enterprise-wide vision, seeing the big picture, recognizing critical details and dealing with ambiguity.History of well-developed integrity, ethical behavior and collaboration -Ability to maintain neutrality and calm demeanor in tense / conflict-ridden situationsSystems Used*
- Process Software & Tools -Workday, Service Now (HR Direct) -Payroll (ADP and related tools)-MS Office suite
