Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in driving sales of our agricultural products and services to business clients through tele-sales channels. Your ability to communicate effectively in Gujarati will be crucial in engaging with clients across diverse regions. You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with potential B2B customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our offerings. Your key responsibilities will include: **Responsibilities**: **1. Sales and Lead Generation**: - Initiate outbound calls to businesses in the agricultural sector to promote Univia's products and services. - Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and understanding of their business requirements. - Articulate the value proposition of Univia's offerings tailored to meet the specific needs of B2B clients, particularly emphasizing the benefits in Gujarati. **2. Product Knowledge and Agricultural Background**: - Demonstrate a deep understanding of agricultural inputs, farming techniques, and industry best practices. - Leverage your proficiency in Gujarati and agricultural background to engage in meaningful discussions with B2B clients, offering valuable insights and solutions. - Stay updated on Univia's product portfolio, pricing, and industry trends to effectively address client inquiries and objections. **3. Relationship Management**: - Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients through regular communication and follow-up, utilizing Gujarati as a medium of communication where necessary. - Understand the unique challenges and opportunities faced by each client and tailor solutions to meet their needs. - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring client satisfaction. **4.
