**Role Description**
A&Co is seeking a **Sales Executive** for a full-time remote role. The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving business growth by generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. This position also involves identifying new opportunities, participating in industry events, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies for expanding the business.
**Qualifications**
- Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management.
- Strong negotiation and effective communication skills.
- Experience in generating and qualifying leads.
- Knowledge of the seafood industry and sustainable practices is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote environment.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
