In this role, you will be responsible for implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve both overall targets and territory-wise goals. Some of your key responsibilities will include building and nurturing relationships with key accounts, medical professionals, and opinion leaders to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and comprehensive product support. Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless and profitable operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop sales and marketing plans, including individualized business plans for doctors, prior to the start of each month.
- Regularly review sales and marketing plans on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Ensure the achievement of both overall targets and territory-specific goals.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key accounts, medical professionals, and opinion leaders.
- Provide comprehensive product support to guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with all departments to facilitate smooth and profitable operations.
- Follow up with and maintain relationships with visiting consultants.
- Inform doctors about new offers, benefits, and activities.
- Promote value-added services and generate revenue.

Mandatory - IVF experience mandatory.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
