- As part of our business strategy and ambitious growth plans, we are looking out for a dynamic person to shoulder the responsibility of Customer Care Officer/ Senior Customer Care Officer. This position will report to Business Line Manager-Desoutter._

**_Job description _**
- Customer care for Indent and local sales_
- _Customer master creation, sales order processing, Order on hand review, billing prioritisation, customer payment recovery in coordination sales team, collaboration with logistics team_
- _Sales scorecards and receivables dashboards_
- _Support marketing and channel partners to drive customer satisfaction and growth_

**_Mission_**
- Drive customer satisfaction and growth through efficient sales administration_

**_Experience requirements_**
- 3 to 5 years of experience in successfully handling customer administration for industrial product marketing organisation_
- Knowledge and educational requirement_
- Knowledge of business process system preferably SAP and Cloud based Sales tools_
- Sound communication skills with proficiency in English language_
- Collaborative: You are collaborative in approach and believe in developing strong networks for personal as well business development. You facilitate collaboration within the team to meet common goals. You are good at conflict management._
- Open Minded: You are global minded. You have a clear view of the market trends and are quick to align your strategy to meet these needs. You welcome new perspectives and like to adapt to ideas, which have merit. _
