Procurement & Production Executive

**Location**: Manesar, Haryana
**Salary**: ₹25,000-₹30,000/month
**Experience**: fresher with strong aptitude can apply; relevant experience preferred

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Procurement & Vendor Management**
- Identify and on-board suppliers for raw materials, components, and services
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and manage purchase orders
- Maintain vendor relationships and ensure timely deliveries

**2. New Product Development (NPD) Coordination**
- Act as the point of contact across design, production, and marketing for NPD
- Create and manage project timelines, track progress, and follow up with all stakeholders
- Assist with sampling, costing, and documentation during product launches

**3. Production Follow-up**
- Coordinate with factory teams to track production timelines
- Escalate delays or issues and ensure corrective actions are taken
- Maintain regular status updates and reports

**Who We’re Looking For**
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and basic negotiation skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Prior experience in procurement, production, or project coordination is a plus
- Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
