**Job Summary**

**What you can expect**
- Ensure availability of all raw materials and maintain safety stock according to inventory norms
- Plan raw materials and release schedule agreements according to production demand
- Maintain and update critical parts list for domestic items
- Prepare monthly MIS reports for PPC department
- Manage purchase orders for long-lead parts and follow up with suppliers
- Conduct supplier meetings, resolve delivery issues, and track dispatch plans
- Monitor supplier performance and prepare monthly delivery ratings

**What we are looking for**
- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- **Experience**:

- 6-8 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry
- Proven track record in production planning and procurement
- Hands-on experience in supplier coordination and inventory management
- **Knowledge**:

- Proficiency in SAP PP and MM modules
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Solid understanding of PPC processes, safety stock and material scheduling
- **Skills**:

- Strong planning and organizational ability
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- **Attributes**:

- Strong team player with collaborative mindset
- Results-driven and commtited to meeting deadlines
- Ability to build and mainatin strong supplier relationships
