As a New/Used Car Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service at our Maruti Suzuki dealership. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in finding the right vehicle to meet their needs, whether new or pre-owned, while delivering a seamless and positive buying experience. You will be expected to maintain a strong knowledge of our vehicle inventory, stay informed about the latest models and industry trends, and work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals.

**Greet customers arriving at the dealership**. Showcase the dealership's vehicles and explain their features and warranties to customers. Answer customer questions about cars, financing and purchase process. Accompany customers on test drives, collecting licenses and documentation beforehand per best practices

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences, offering expert advice and product knowledge.
- Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.
- Conduct test drives and present vehicles to potential buyers, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values with customers to close sales effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Maruti Suzuki's new and used vehicle inventory, including specifications, pricing, and promotions.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and promote long-term relationships.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of sales paperwork, including contracts, registration, and financing documentation.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product releases to remain competitive in the market.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance, service, and marketing, to ensure a comprehensive approach to customer service.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in automotive sales, preferably with Maruti Suzuki or a similar brand.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive products, features, and financing options.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
