- Experience (type of)**:4-12 years of experience in sales mainly Car showrooms or Automobile industry **o Specialized Knowledge: Communication skills, analytical skills, Negotiation skills, basic computer skills, team player, ability to work in dynamic situationJob Designation/Field of Work:1)Meeting and Greetinga)Proper greeting of customer in showroom or field areasb)Introduction of self, offer business card.c)Assist customer when the requested salesperson is not immediately available.d)Offer refreshment, childcare or guidance to other products and services if required.2)Analysis of needs and requirementsa)Observe customers conversation to find out requests, needs and desires.b)Check, discuss and clarify needs by using questioning techniques (open, target and close questions)c)Capture prospect details in Prospect cardd)Based on needs analysis, recommend a product that meets requirementse)Provide estimation of product sales process (lead time for product arrival)3)Product demonstration (static and dynamic)a)Able to relate features to advantages and benefits for customers.b)Provide proof of the benefits (e.g., test drive, literature and data, etc)c)Static demonstrationd)Perform dynamic demonstration/ test drive with planned route and professionalism.e)Discuss experiences with customer after static or/and dynamic demonstration.4)Presentation of offera)Present offer of the right match to customers needsb)Present other packages (accessories packages)c)Discuss and clarify terms and conditions of offer (especially promotional offers)d)Giving financial quotations & explain to the customer.e)Knowledge of Road tax5)Handling of objections/ difficult customer interface/ negotiationa)Argumentation focused on the customer benefits and not on the price (value for money)b)If the salesperson has no solution, communicate with the manager.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
