Main Responsibilities:

- Guarantee and adapt production capacity, human resources and Packing materials, through Demand analysis and use of “key” indicators, in order to guarantee efficiency of the area's processes. Packing consumable requirement analysis for requirement vs stock vs purchase order.
- Coordinate the marking, packaging and labeling processes, through physical monitoring and the management system, aiming to ensure compliance with the goals previously established by the planning area.
- Develop and monitor the performance indicators of the production process, through the analysis of data from the management system, in order to obtain real data for management analysis. Efficiency monitoring of Marking, Packing and Labelling activity. And analysis of NVA in MPL area.
- Periodically carry out employee performance assessments, using the group's official tool (e-performance) to evaluate the individual development of employees in production areas.
- Control production notes, through monitoring the production management system (PC Factory), in order to guarantee production targets and in the same way that data is recorded correctly. Maintain daily output records from Marking and packing and material receive and send records from production to dispatch.
- Disseminate technical and practical knowledge to other employees in the area in the operation of machines and products, aiming to improve production processes and develop skills.
- Carry out annual performance evaluations as and when required, as well as establish goals, communicate strategic topics, monitor the time of your direct subordinates, as well as all necessary topics of action, focused on people management.
- Machine loading for Laser marking and Packing loading for packing table according to requirement of planning to achieve production target.
- Reschedule loads and batches for the day, due to product rejection, process failure or machine defects or breakdowns. Utilization of resources like overtime and compensatory off in order to achieve production target.
- Coordinate periodic meetings with area teams to evaluate deviations in processes, identify causes and define actions for correction. Review of production target vs actual achievement on regular basis and take necessary action.
- Provide support to the Engineering area, in process improvement projects and the development of new products.
- Interact with the Procurement department to assess the status of packing consumables availability.
- Participate in the development of projects to improve processes, machines and products.
- Participate in production meetings to define roles and responsibilities and monitor the status of planned actions.
- Comply with Occupational Safety, Occupational Health and Environmental Protection (EHS) standards and procedures defined by law and formalized by Sandvik locally and globally, seeking to mitigate the risks of accidents and incidents as well as ensuring the integrity of the material, human and environmental assets under responsibility of the organization.

Experience and required competencies:

- Planning, Programming and Production Control Techniques.
- Knowledge of “key” process indicators (Productivity, Quality and Safety).
- People management.
- Experience in Production Management routines.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001/ISO 14000 standards.
- Written Communication,
- Verbal Communication.
- Analytical Aptitude
- Numerical Aptitude.
- Intermediary English

**Education**:

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering
