Production ( Packing Operation )

Implement and monitor packing activities adhering to Regulatory, GQS and HSE requirement with proper utilization of resources, maintaining consistent good quality of product to meet with the customers’ requirements.

Achieving monthly production schedule adhering to Regulatory, GQS, and HSE guidelines, with proper utilization of resources and optimum cycle time.

Performing the packing activities in order to achieve 100 % customer service.

Technical expertise on packing equipment and process.

ISO 14001 and SAP

Adhering to ISO 14001 activities and objectives in Pharma.

Performing all SAP and Athena related activities and generate monthly reports.

Compliance

Implementing and ensuring compliance to GQS, HSE and ISO guidelines / standards and maintaining documentation for the same including process validation and qualification.

Coordination

Coordinating with
- Pharma manufacturing for production schedule compliance
- Engineering department for preventive and break down maintenance, modifications etc.
- Purchase for procuring and controlling auxiliaries.
- Quality Operations for all quality related matters.
- Warehouse and manufacturing for material supply.

Yield monitoring

Monitoring and improving the product yield

Optimization of material consumption.

Training

Training the operative staff on GMP, HSE, ISO requirement & Operation of machines and maintaining good industrial relation in the plant by effective grievance process.

Others

Carrying out any other assignments or projects as per the instruction of the Dept. Head to meet with the organizational objectives and priorities.

Identifying and correcting unsafe conditions or behaviors and promptly reporting other potentially hazardous situations.

Maintaining plant assets in good condition and making optimum use of all resources.

Ready to work in each shift & in any allocated areas

Experience

8.1 Two to three years’ experience in pharmaceutical packing operation

Educational Qualification:
M. Pharm / B. Pharm from reputed university having 1 to 3 years of experience in similar role in large OSD manufacturing unit.
