Field Sales Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed daily,weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.
- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and approach potential customers (businesses or individuals) to promote the company's products or services.
- **Product Demonstrations**: Provide product demonstrations and detailed information to prospects, addressing customer needs and answering queries.
- **Relationship Building**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- **Sales Presentations**: Prepare and present sales proposals.
- **Reporting**: Keep track of sales activities and report daily/weekly progress to the management team, including updating CRM systems with customer information and sales pipeline status.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the company's products, services, and promotions, as well as industry developments.
**Key Requirements**:
- Proven experience in field sales or a similar role, ideally in [specific industry,FMCG.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Updating CRM software.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- 12th and above, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales.
- Familiarity with Hotel Industry

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
