Oversee and manage all monitoring activities for the Monitoring tools and admin tasks like upgrades.
- Monitor the health and performance of tools like SolarWinds, Manage engine App Manager.
- Ensure the KPI’s and SLA’s are met and SOP’s are reviewed and updated frequently.
- Develop and implement monitoring policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with technical team members to identify and resolve monitoring issues.
- Troubleshoot issues within the monitoring tool and work with vendor for resolution.
- Prepare and present monitoring reports to stakeholders and internal teams.
- Ensure the infrastructure is monitored.
- Participate in the continual improvement of the monitoring process.
- Having experience in crafting professional monitoring dashboards that gives insight into data in SNOW.
- Familiar with ITSM tool for Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management and SR handling.
- Good knowledge on managing and maintaining batch jobs in Control-M tool.
- Should be able to guide the team 24x7 on rotating pager support.
- Should be having knowledge on Network, Server and Application level Monitoring.
- Preparing monthly roster and aligning team to cover 24x7 support.
- Defining team's KRA and evaluate their performance on a regular interval (Monthly/Quarterly/Half yearly/Yearly).
- Should be able to present team's performance in internal as well as customer calls.
