**Job Description: Associate III - Product Design**

Associate 3 - Product Design will be responsible to design and develop human-centred digital products, that features ease of use, employ best-in-class interaction and visual design, that delivers a delightful customer experience. Collaboratively work with business, technology, and product teams to understand the product vision and translate them into tangible product design propositions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the development of deliverables such as customer journeys, empathy maps, opportunity maps etc.
- Establish the look and feel for various interfaces, including websites, mobile devices, apps, kiosks, games and wearables
- Work within brand guidelines to create screen layouts that reinforce a brand’s style or voice through its visual touchpoints
- Practice design alongside multidisciplinary teams, including product engineers, product managers and business stakeholders and other designers

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma with 2 + years of experience, in a digital design-related discipline: Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, Visual Communication, New Media Design or Universal design
- Experience in a digital design-related disciplines: Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, Visual Communication, Storytelling, New Media and Universal design
- A solid foundation in colour, typography, screen layout and visual design with experience in visual transitions, micro animation, motion design and dynamic interaction elements.
- Extensive Hands-on experience on prototyping tool such as Figma (Proficient), Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign etc.
- Hands-on experience in envisioning and designing for Products /platforms, working simultaneously on multiple complex design problems
- Understanding of Web design and Front-end development challenges, including usability, responsive design, browser and cross-platform compatibility etc.
- Excellent visual communication, presentation and organizational skills, with high attention to detail
- An excellent Design portfolio showcasing your best of work is mandatory.
