**Job Title**:Sales Executive - Khadi Personal Care Products
**Location**: Chandigarh
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Business Development**: Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert those leads into sales.
**Client Relationship Management**:Build and maintain relationships with clients and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
**Product Presentation**: Demonstrate the features and benefits of our products to potential clients.
**Product Placement**: Ensure good product placement at the shops by developing strong relation with shop staff so that the products capture customers interest.
**Market Research**: Stay updated with the latest market trends and competitor activities.
**Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
**Reporting**: Provide regular sales reports to the management team and assigned Distributor for the area.
**Distributor Management**: Report to the assigned distributor daily before going to the market and update of sales meeting at end of day.
**Qualifications**
Proven experience of 5 years in sales, preferably in the personal care or retail industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
Strong knowledge of the Chandigarh retail market.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
