**Job Title**: IT Administrator

**Location**: Kirloskar Business Park, Hebbal, Bangalore

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and monitor Microsoft **Azure cloud services** and virtual machines.
- Perform **server administration**, including configuration, backup, and troubleshooting.
- Configure, monitor, and maintain **firewalls, network security, and VPNs**.
- Oversee **cloud infrastructure management** (storage, backup, and disaster recovery).
- Implement and manage security policies, including patch management and endpoint protection.
- Provide technical support for IT infrastructure, hardware, and software.
- Maintain IT documentation (network diagrams, server configurations, and credentials).
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software upgrades, AMC, and troubleshooting.

**Mandatory Skills**:

- **Azure administration & cloud services** (VMs, storage, backup, policies).
- **Windows & Linux server management.**:

- **Firewall configuration and management (e.g., Fortinet, Palo Alto).**:

- **Cloud backup and disaster recovery planning.**:

- Network troubleshooting and IT security best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- **3-7 years of experience in IT infrastructure and cloud management.**:

- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CCNA, or Firewall certifications) are a plus.

Pay: ₹25,180.95 - ₹45,766.91 per month
