We're looking for a dynamic **Ticketing Executive** to join our team and help us make travel stress-free for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Issue, reissue, and cancel airline tickets for domestic and international routes
- Handle fare calculations, refunds, and travel insurance queries
- Communicate directly with clients to confirm travel arrangements and resolve ticketing-related inquiries
- Ensure accurate documentation and maintain records of all ticketing transactions
- Coordinate with airlines and suppliers for schedule changes or special requests
- Stay up to date with airline policies, travel regulations, and visa requirements

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in ticketing (1-3 years preferred)
- Proficiency in GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.) **Preferrable**:

- Strong knowledge of airline fare rules, ticketing processes, and travel documentation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
