- Key Responsibilities_
- 1. Sales Strategy and Execution:_
- Develop and execute strategic plans to target enterprise-level clients._
- Identify business opportunities and drive the entire sales cycle—from lead_
- generation to closing deals._
- Build customized solutions and proposals to address client-specific needs._
- 2. Client Engagement and Relationship Building:_
- Develop and nurture relationships with decision-makers at enterprise-level_
- organizations._
- Schedule meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase our_
- solutions._
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer_
- service._
- 3. Revenue Generation:_
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by closing high-value deals._
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track all opportunities to completion._
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions._
- 4. Market Research and Insights:_
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential_
- clients in the enterprise sector._
- Monitor competitors and adapt sales strategies to stay ahead._
- 5. Negotiation and Closing:_
- Conduct detailed discussions and negotiations with clients to finalize contracts._
- Secure long-term agreements and partnerships that align with the company’s_
- growth objectives._
- Qualifications and Requirements_
- 1. Educational Qualifications:_
- Minimum Graduate in any discipline._
- 2. Skills and Competencies:_
- Proven ability to close sales and generate revenue in a B2B environment._
- Strong understanding of IT hardware, networking, and surveillance solutions_
- (preferred)._
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills._
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships._
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite._
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player._
- 3. Experience:_
- Prior experience in enterprise sales, business development, or a similar role is highly_
- preferred._
- Freshers with exceptional communication and persuasion skills may also apply._

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
