**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement operational strategies that support the company’s overall business objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective processes across all departments.
- Collaborate with other executives to establish performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage resource allocation and budgeting to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.
- Foster a culture of excellence and accountability within the organization, encouraging team collaboration and innovation.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to inform operational strategies and maintain competitive advantage.
- Represent the organization at key industry events and maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior operational role, preferably as a COO, Operations Director, or similar position.
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvement.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in resource management and budgeting.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
