**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Resource Management**:

- Efficiently manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Allocate resources based on project priorities to maximize efficiency and impact.
- **Data Collection and Analysis**:

- Design data collection methods and tools to measure project outcomes.
- Analyze data to assess project effectiveness and inform decision-making.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders and funders.
- **Advocacy and Outreach**:

- Advocate for social issues and policies aligned with project objectives.
- Conduct outreach activities to raise awareness and engage the community.
- **Quality Assurance and Compliance**:

- Ensure project activities adhere to organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with project implementation.
- Implement quality assurance measures to uphold project standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination within NGOs or community development.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of social work principles, ethics, and commitment to social justice.
- Adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus
