**About the Role**

As a **Motivational speaker(career guidance)**at Zypher Learning, you will play a vital role in building awareness about the value of digital marketing skills among college students. You will conduct engaging career guidance sessions, foster relationships with academic institutions, and generate quality leads for our courses.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Career Guidance Sessions**:

- Organize and conduct impactful career guidance sessions at colleges and universities.
- Present the benefits of pursuing a career in digital marketing and the courses offered by Zypher Learning.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Collect and manage leads from students during sessions.
- Ensure high-quality leads by engaging directly with interested students and resolving queries.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with college administrators, professors, and student coordinators.
- Serve as the point of contact between Zypher Learning and the colleges.
- **Strategic Planning**:

- Plan and execute outreach initiatives in targeted colleges to maximize participation.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and meet enrollment goals.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare detailed reports on sessions conducted, leads generated, and feedback received.
- Provide insights on improving outreach and lead conversion rates.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in educational outreach, sales, or public speaking is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to connect with students and build rapport quickly.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the designated region.
