**Roles and responsibilities**:
As a Tender Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing the tender process within our organization. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Coordinating the Tender Process**: Lead the tender team by setting clear deadlines and assigning responsibilities to ensure timely submission of bids.
- **Communication**: Liaise with the sales team to gather necessary information and provide updates on the tender process.
- **Internal Communication**: Organize and conduct internal meetings to prepare for each bid, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
- **Contract Review**: Scrutinize contractual terms and conditions to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- **Administration**: Maintain meticulous records and documentation related to tender submissions.
- **Document Preparation**: Prepare tender documents, including summaries, checklists, and necessary aggregations. Additionally, handle bid bonds as required.
- **Bid Review**: Review and format draft bids to meet the guidelines and requirements specified in the tender documents.

**Knowledge and Skills Required**:

- A degree in **BA/BBA/B.Com/LLB **or a related field
- Proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal, is essential for conveying complex information clearly and effectively.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Workspace, and PowerPoint for documentation, data analysis, and presentations.
- **Freshers may apply.**

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
